There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Dension, please read carefully:
- The original receipt, gift receipt or packing slip is required for all returns.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it without reason. (Date of reception)
- You have 2 year guarantee for all Dension products.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from Dension can be returned to us.
- Dension does not assume the refund of installation costs, or any additional costs.
Dension reserves the right to deny any return. There are some items, which are ineligible for return including:
- Items that are damaged or abused
- Items that are missing accessories such as cords and cables
- Items that have unarguable signs of usage
How to return an item to Dension
We follow our Return Material Authorization (RMA) process for all returns. To return a product to Dension please read it through:
- First you need to contact the Dension Technical Support in 8 days.
- You need to give them your order ID and you may be asked a few questions regarding the details of the return. If you ordered the product not directly from Dension but from a reseller than you need to contact that exact reseller.
- The Technical Support Team will send you an RMA document which you need to fill in with your data. Then please print it and send it back to us with the whole package while considering the following:
- Pack your items in their original shipping package, if possible.
- Please ensure that all original Dension packing materials, manuals and accessories are included.
- Provide your receipt or packing slip.
- For proof of delivery, we recommend you to return items via a registered service.

Refunds will be credited to the original PayPal account or to your credit card. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
In case of refund or replacement the costs of the return is paid by the customer.
When a bundle is purchased the whole bundle needs to be returned to Dension and the discount price is to be refunded.
